I speak on Marriage at forums (but not limited to) group couple meet ups, Bridal Showers and Radio Shows. At group couple meetings, I facilitate guided couples session to allow everyone to get a chance to participate fully and have deeper, meaningful conversations with their spouse — without any stressful planning on the part of the couples meeting up.

I am a certified Natural Family Planning (NFP) Instructor under the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) in collaboration with the Christ's Work for Life Movement.

I educate on how NFP not only provides a reliable method of family planning but also has the potential to deepen intimacy and strengthen the bond between couples, leading to a stronger and more fulfilling marriage.
